When topping up over PLN 1000, the buyer's personal data must be provided.

The card is effective immediately after issuance and provides complete freedom of choice.

You have several convenient options to purchase a card:

Cartomat – a self-service device open on shopping days. The card machine is located at the Auchan Information Point. Payment by card only.
Online via FinPay – you place an order on the website and collect the ready card at the Cardomat in M1 Częstochowa.

The M1 Gift Card is a prepaid Mastercard issued to the bearer. It works like a traditional card with a set balance limit and can be used as a payment method in stores throughout the country. M1 Częstochowathat accept this form of payment.

You can purchase a gift card in two ways:

  • Stationary
    – at the self-service Card Machine on site M1 Częstochowa (located at the Auchan Information Point, card payment only).

  • Online – order via the FinPay operator's website https://m1czestochowa.finpay.pl with the collection of the card at the Cardomat.

The M1 Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. During this time, you can use the funds until they are exhausted, and the validity period remains unchanged regardless of the number of transactions.

If your M1 Gift Card payment fails, please check whether:
  • the transaction takes place at a point that accepts Prepaid Mastercard,
  • there are sufficient funds available on the card to cover the payment,
  • the card and its magnetic stripe are not damaged,
  • you do not use the self-service checkout,
  • the card is still valid and active,
  • in the case of combined transactions (e.g. part of the amount from the card, part via another method) – the seller entered the payment correctly.

If the problem persists, contact your card operator's Customer Service:

Available options are:

  • order cards up to PLN 1000 or 10 pieces – without registration – delivery to the specified address;
  • ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 (max. PLN 250,000) or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner – collection at the center;
  • ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 (max. PLN 250,000) or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner and making the first payment by traditional transfer in order to verify the user (the details of the purchasing company must be identical to the details of the owner of the bank account from which the transfer originated – shipping to the specified address. Additional fees for order processing are charged for orders exceeding 5 cards.

No invoice will be issued for the purchase of gift cards. The accounting document confirming the purchase of the cards is an accounting note.

If an accounting note is incorrectly issued, please report the irregularity to [email protected] . The accounting note will be corrected within a maximum of five business days of receipt.

Additional costs associated with the order include:

  • delivery costs when the order is shipped,
  • the service fee is PLN 2 for each additional gift card, above 5 pieces in an order with the option of delivery to the specified address,
  • online payment commission is charged when the customer selects the payment method of quick transfer or blik payment when placing the order.
